Sat Feb 2, 9am - 9:45am Arizona time - ages 6-11

Once a year, on February 2, a groundhog comes out to look for his shadow. What is the meaning behind this silly tradition? In this class, each student will learn a little about Ground Hog Day. Students will create a lapbook all about the traditional Ground Hog Day in the United States. A lapbook is simply a file folder that contains a variety of "mini books," foldables, and other material that cover detailed information about the lapbook's central topic.
