Don’t be afraid to use your leftovers – revisiting butter cream and fondant

You should never be afraid to “reuse” supplies that you have on hand.

I made WAY too much fondant and butter cream and needed to make a dessert for my Vital Moms group for the Heights Church this morning…both butter cream icing and fondant will keep in the refrigerator for a week+.

I made a double batch of home-made chocolate chip cookies in a bar style and sliced them into squares.

Then I added butter cream and fondant flowers to the top. They were a HIT!
