Gluten-free Peanut butter drops

glutenfreepeanutbutterdropsTalk about one of the easiest recipes out there… too sweet for me, but Tall Man and The Tryst-meister GOBBLE THESE UP!

{Trystan is my gluten-free and lactose-free munchkin! WOWWIE! Some of the things that I have learned from him!}

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat together brown sugar, egg and peanut butter until well blended
  3. Shape dough into 18 round balls (about 1 to 1-1/2 inch round) and place on 2 baking sheets
  4. Flatten dough with fork
  5. bake 10-12 minutes or until set
  6. remove and let cook on wire rack.

Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate
