Finding some simple tasties when stuck at home can be difficult. I was looking in the freezer and did find some frozen blueberries. They were something that I got on bulk last season and I threw into my freezer so that I could put through my freeze dryer later, but I hadn’t gotten that far.
My freeze dryer has been running non-stop for months and boy am I thankful now! Because when stores are limiting things like chicken, I have a homecooked supply to let Berlyn make his morning burrito! Here is a post on how to re-hydrate freeze-dried chicken.
