Easy Grilled Quail

Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 25 mins Servings: 4



·         ½ teaspoon parsley flakes

·         ½ teaspoon paprika

·         ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

·         ¼ teaspoon salt

·         ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

·         2 tablespoons olive oil

·         4 quail



1.      Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

2.      Combine parsley, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add olive oil and stir until evenly combined. Brush seasoned oil over both sides of the quail.

3.      Grill for 8 minutes. Carefully flip with tongs and grill for 8 minutes more.
