Classic Farmhouse Quiche
Ingredients:

1 prepared pie crust

6 large eggs
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)

1 cup cooked ham or bacon, chopped

1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach or other greens

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the pie crust in a pie dish and crimp the edges.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.

Stir in the cheese, meat, spinach, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.

Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
