Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over the chicken.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
Serve with your favorite summer sides.
