Cheese Ball Bites

  • 16 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 24 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cups chopped parsley
  • 2/3 cups chopped pecans


  • In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
  • Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, then chop. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and paprika and season with salt and pepper.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form mixture into 36 small balls and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate until firm - about 1 hour.
  • In a shallow bowl, stir together bacon, pecans, and green onions.
  • Roll cheese balls in mixture to coat. Serve and enjoy!


  • You can also chop up dried cranberries and add to the rolling mixture
  • or substitute goat cheese for ay part of the cream cheese. 
This recipe can be halved for a smaller serving.
